What a way to wrap up the season! ⚾❤️

On Friday, our Rookie River Rats finished off their season with a fun Parents vs. Kids game! What a great way to celebrate all the hard work, growth, and memories these young players made throughout the season.

Our Rookies are our youngest competitive team, taking their first steps into competitive baseball, learning the game, building confidence, and beginning their journey as River Rats.

We couldn’t be more proud of this group for showing up, working hard, supporting one another, and playing with heart all season long. ❤️⚾

We can’t wait to watch these players continue to grow, develop, and make their mark as they proudly represent Cornwall River Rats!

🥇 UNDEFEATED & GOLDEN

What a weekend for our 9U River Rats! 💙

The boys headed to Kingston for the Limestone Tournament and went undefeated all weekend, bringing home the GOLD! 🏆🥇

Saturday was a busy day with three big wins against Brockville, Nepean and Kingston, solidifying the Rats' spot in the championship game on Sunday afternoon.

The gold medal game saw the River Rats face Brockville once again in an exciting open-inning battle. The boys had to fight hard to hold onto their lead after the 5th inning, facing a tough 5th and 6th inning—but they showed incredible determination, battled through, and came out on top to take home the gold!🔥

This marks the third tournament this season where the boys have gone undefeated and their 3rd
GOLD MEDAL win! 🥇🥇🥇
Congratulations to all the players and coaches on another incredible weekend.

We are so proud of the hard work, determination of this team and their future is so bright!

Reminder that the entrance to the Legion Park is blocked off this morning due to the triathlon. You can park at the Aquatic center to access the park.

Our River Rats at the inaugural ECTBL Playoffs. A big congratulations to Emmett Cryderman on winning the Intermediate division Cy Young award, and to Pearson Lafrance for winning the Minor division MVP.

⚾ ECTBL PLAYOFFS ARE COMING TO CORNWALL! ⚾

🎉 This weekend, Cornwall is proud to host the first-ever ECTBL Playoffs!

We’ll welcome 27 teams from across Eastern Ontario and Quebec, with games running Friday, August 21st through Sunday, August 23rd at both Legion Park (Major & Senior) and Reg Campbell (Minor & Intermediate).

We have 4 River Rats teams competing this weekend: 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U

Come out, enjoy some great baseball, and cheer on your River Rats!

There will be plenty happening all weekend:

🥤 Canteen packed with ice-cold drinks & snacks
🎟️ 50/50 tickets
