🤸 GYMNASTICS IS A FOUNDATION SPORT

Gymnastics is about so much more than learning cartwheels, handstands and flips.

From their very first class, children are developing strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, body awareness and confidence — skills that create a foundation for movement throughout their lives.

This is known as physical literacy: having the confidence, competence and understanding to be active in all kinds of environments.

Whether a child stays in gymnastics for years or eventually moves on to hockey, soccer, dance, baseball or another activity, the skills they develop in the gym go with them. 💙

That’s one of the things we love most about our sport. We’re not only teaching gymnastics — we’re helping kids build the foundation to be active for life.

Our new 45-minute Busy Bees class is for little gymnasts ages 2.5–4.5, with a guardian in the gym to observe and help guide as needed.
