Nicole and I are so pleased to announce that we are teaming up again on June 1st to bring you a totally blissful and rejuvenating workshop at CC Fitness Studio here in Corner Brook.

The workshop will run from 11am-2:30pm, and will include the following:

*One Hour of Sound Healing from Nicole's Heart & Sole with Crystal Singing Bowls
*One Hour of Candlelit Yoga (Open to all levels, including Beginner)
*Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Reflection
*Journaling Session & Open Discussion
*A Delicious Snack Spread, Coffee & Tea

Embark on a 4-Week Journey Starting Tuesday, April 9th!
Join me weekly on the mat for an hour of pure rest and relaxation at CC Fitness Studio 🧘‍♀️🕯

Release all your worries and tensions as you immerse yourself in a practice that offers a deep, gentle stretch and promotes mental tranquility. This beginner-friendly series of classes are slow paced, and all poses can be modified for those with injury/limitations.

You Will Need:
-A yoga mat
-A water bottle
-While no props are required, I recommend bringing a bolster, blanket, and/or pillow if you have them
