Meet Leo Ando, one of our strength and conditioning coaches who brings a passion for athletic development to every session at OT.
“I really resonated with the mission to help athletes develop for both the short term and the long term.”
That means providing more than just great workouts. It means creating an environment where athletes have access to the coaching, resources and opportunities they need to keep improving.
Through strength training, speed and agility work, power development, plyometrics and some of our outdoor sessions, we help athletes build toward their goals with a short and long-term approach.

As our athletes prepare for another season of college athletics, it’s a reminder that athletic development goes beyond getting stronger and faster.
Confidence is built through preparation and being challenged to meet a higher standard long before an athlete arrives on campus.
The athletes who embrace that process don’t just improve physically. They develop the mindset needed to step into new environments with confidence and compete at a higher level.
One of the biggest things that holds people back isn’t a lack of ability. It’s a lack of belief.
Part of our job at OT is helping people challenge the limits they place on themselves, build confidence and take the next step.
The result? People begin to discover what they’re truly capable of.
Sure, there will be setbacks, failed attempts and challenges along the way. But continuing to show up and refusing to give up is so important.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, supported and never afraid to fail, OT is the place to be. Our coaches will push you, encourage you and be there when things get tough.
Great lacrosse players don’t only work on their stick skills, they also develop the athletic and physical tools that allow those skills to shine.
Whether it’s the Impact Performance Program, our off-site speed and agility sessions or training at OT, we help players build the speed, quickness and athletic foundation needed to elevate their game.
Our goal is simple: help athletes become faster, more explosive and extremely difficult to compete against.

Every day people glance through the OT windows and catch a glimpse of what’s happening inside.
What people don’t necessarily see is the breakthrough moments, detailed feedback, positive encouragement and personal relationships that help drive every session.
Looking through the window is one thing… Experiencing it is something completely different.
3 Ways to Improve Your Jab Step for Lacrosse: Part 3 🥍
The fastest and quickest athletes spend less time on the ground.
• Lateral Pogo Jumps: Improve stiffness, elasticity and reactive strength.
• Up & Outs: Push laterally, stick the landing then explode vertically as quickly as possible.
The ability to rapidly absorb and redirect force is a key factor in developing a quicker first step and becoming more explosive. We also progress these drills in multiple angles for the demands of the sport.
Want to get faster, more explosive and more confident on the field?
Our personal training, semi-private training and Impact Performance Program are designed to help all athletes improve speed, quickness and change of direction.

Long-term injuries need long-term plans.
Physiotherapist Wes shares why successful rehab starts with understanding the end goal — then reverse engineering the steps needed to get there.
It’s not just about reducing pain today. It’s about rebuilding strength, confidence, and capacity for what you want to get back to.
