This bike is illegal.

A Special bike that was ordered for a customer. It weight sub 15 pounds below the UCI weight limit. But don’t worry once the pedals are on it will nicely sit a few grams over the minimum. It’s a beauty bike for sure - Cervelo R5 Ultegra
