The Collingwood Blues are excited to announce the signing of defenceman Tanner Ray for the 2026-27 season.

“We’re excited to welcome Tanner and his family to the Collingwood Blues. As a hometown player who AP’d with us last season, Tanner has earned this opportunity through his strong play and continued development. He played a major role in the success of the Barrie Colts U18 AAA program last year, leading all of their defencemen in points while proving to be a tough player to compete against every night. We’re excited to see him bring that combination of skill and competitiveness to our lineup this season.”

Welcome to Collingwood Harrison!

The Collingwood Blues are excited to announce the signing of defenceman Harrison McLean for the 2026-27 season.

“We’re excited to welcome Harrison and his family to the Collingwood Blues. Harrison comes to us from Berkshire School, where he competed at the USHS-Prep level and continued to develop into a well-rounded defenceman. He plays the game at a high pace and brings a strong two-way presence, with the ability to create offense while using his skill, skating, and hockey IQ to shut down plays defensively. The Collingwood Blues are excited to announce the signing of forward Quinn Patton for the 2026-27 season.

“We’re excited to welcome Quinn and his family to the Collingwood Blues. Quinn was a key part of the Barrie Colts U18 AAA program’s success last season, recording an impressive 102 points in 59 games. He plays the game with purpose and intensity every time he steps on the ice, and his offensive ability speaks for itself. Leading all OJHL defencemen with 17 goals in the regular season speaks to his offensive ability, while his reliability in the defensive zone makes him a player we can count on in every situation.
