📣 CLMSA 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) ⚽

The Cold Lake Minor Soccer Association (CLMSA) Annual General Meeting is coming up! We encourage all active members to join us and have a voice in the continued growth and direction of our association.

📅 Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026
⏰ Time: 6pm
📍 Location: Energy Centre – 2nd floor boardroom
💻 Virtual option: A Microsoft Teams link will be emailed to all active members prior to the AGM.

⚽ The following CLMSA Executive positions will be up for election:

President
Vice President
Treasurer
Technical Director

Interested in getting involved and helping shape the future of minor soccer in Cold Lake? 🙌

Anyone interested in putting their name forward must submit a Statement of Interest including:

The position(s) they are interested in
A brief statement outlining their interest in serving on the CLMSA Executive

A summary of all candidates who have put their names forward will be presented at the AGM.

🗳️ Electronic Voting
Voting for the Executive positions will take place electronically following the AGM.

🟢 Voting opens: October 5, 2026
🔴 Voting closes: October 7, 2026
📢 Results published: October 8, 2026

Information on how eligible members can cast their electronic votes will be provided before voting opens.

Tonight's Community Registration and Information Night is a great chance to find out more about what is happening within our City by talking to local non-profits, sports organization and other groups within our area. Come out to the Cold Lake Energy Centre's Redi Field House from 5:00PM to 8:00PM and get informed.

Whether you're a former player, a parent, or simply someone who enjoys working with kids, we'd love to have you join our coaching team.

We are now recruiting coaches and assistant coaches for all ages and divisions.

We provide:
⚽ Training and ongoing support
⚽ Coach and Assistant Coach appreciation payment at the end of the season
⚽ Coach Jerseys
⚽ Head Coaches may also be compensated for travel for out of town events
