The City of Cold Lake & The Cold Lake Bike Park & Trails Would Like To Inform All users of the work that will be happening along the recently cleared right of way at the SW Corner of The park.
The Contractor will be working in the cleared area starting June 23 for the remainder of the summer.
The pump track and portions of the tree climber trail loop will be closed and disturbed during construction.
Please Ride with care & observe/obey any construction warning/trail closure signs!!

UPDATED INFO RE: Park Clearcutting & Deconstruction
After wonderful conversation with CL Parks manager, We have found out that this is a necessary vegetation clearing for a utility corridor installation for the future public works buildings.
NOTE: Trails are Cleared & Back Open For Now !!
BUT: Continued heavy equipment may be present from time to time.
SO: PLEASE be aware of intermitant trail interuptions during this phase of construction.
We will make every effort to post more info on possible closures as info becomes available.
PLEASE: Follow/obey all City construction warning signs as posted & Ride With Care.
