Yesterday was pretty warm and uncomfortable but these Young ladies showed up and did the work.

There was a lot of smiling, laughing, sweating and effort.

The goal of all of our programs is to do what needs to be done to move the needle in the right direction. But also make sure that it is fun, not boring and keeps them engaged.

Success looks different for everyone.

For some, it’s returning to sport or life post injury or just overcoming a nagging injury.

For some it’s not having to sit on the sidelines and watch their kids or grandkids play.

For some it is returning to figure skating after years of believing that they would not be able to do so.

For some it is being able to run after initially starting their journey nervous to walk across a parking lot because they feared that their leg would give out on them.

For others, it is just setting challenges and working towards achieving them.

Whatever your goal, we’ll help you get there.

Some moments happen during the workout.

Others happen before class starts, between sets, and after the session is over.

Here's a look behind the scenes at Motion In Sync.

With our VALD ForceFrame and NordBord technology, we can take a much deeper look at how your body is actually performing.

Rather than simply saying something looks strong, weak or imbalanced, we can measure it.

We can assess force production across different muscles, joints and body positions, as well as how quickly that force can be produced. This gives us objective data to identify strength deficits, asymmetries and specific areas that may be limiting performance or affecting how the body functions.

We use this information across both sides of what we do at Motion in Sync — from injury rehabilitation and post-injury return to life or sport, through to athletic development and sports performance.

Most importantly, the numbers aren’t just there to look impressive.

They help us identify what needs attention, build a more targeted strategy, and then retest and track progress over time.

Assess. Identify. Address. Retest.

Better information allows us to make better decisions — and ultimately build a stronger, more resilient and better-performing body.

🐾 Buzz's Training Tip of the Month

“How well can you CONTROL and USE that range?”

There is a major difference between flexibility and functional mobility.

You can have plenty of passive range of motion but lack the strength, stability, control and coordination to effectively use that range when you move.

And this is where simply chasing more flexibility can miss the point.

We want usable mobility — enough range for the demands of your life or sport, combined with the ability to control that range and produce and absorb force through it.

Don’t just create more range. Build the capacity to own it.
