Sensei Shaun Johnson has been training in goju-ryu karate for nearly 30 years and ran his own school for six years in Manitoba. We are now excited to build a new family-friendly club here in our home of Cochrane. Our classes take place in the Cochrane Lion's Club Event Centre

Start in either September or October and get the first 3 months free. It's a fantastic way to improve your fitness. We can accept up to 15 new adults and the same for youth up to 15yrs of age.
