On September 9th, I'm joining an extraordinary panel of women for Segment 3 of the Women's Burnout Recovery Blueprint Summit — and we're talking about exactly this.
Recalibrating your nervous system.
Restoring flow.
Building sustainable energy from the inside out — not through pushing harder, but through finally working with your body instead of against it.
This is the conversation I wish someone had started with me years earlier.
The summit is completely free.
If your body has been quietly asking you to pay attention — this is the invitation to do exactly that.

She wasn't ready.
She told me that herself.
She had been watching - this account, this work, these posts - for the better part of a year. Reading. Saving. Nodding at the things that landed.
Waiting to feel ready.
Here is what I know about ready:
It does not arrive before you move.
It arrives because you moved.
Every woman who has stepped into this work, into the Guiding Pillar Quiz, into a Clarity Conversation, into the community, has felt not-quite-ready walking in.
And has never once regretted walking in anyway.
Swipe through her story.
And if you've been watching from the edges, waiting to feel more sure, more clear, more something, I want to offer you this:
You don't need to be ready. You just need to move.
Comment READY, and I'll send you the quiz link. Four minutes. No readiness required.

Your answer to this question is your birthright, start finding it. Guiding Pillar Quiz, link in bio. Four minutes, free.
Happy Tackling Tuesday. Episode 4 of 4 - the series finale.
This month, we've been naming the things nobody says.
We named the almost.
We named the cost of being the strong one.
We named what a room full of the right women changes.
Today we name the question underneath all of it.
The one nobody thinks to ask at midlife.
The one that gets buried under roles and responsibilities and the logistics of keeping a life running.
What do you actually want?
Not what you're supposed to want.
Not the answer that would make everyone comfortable.
Not the version that fits neatly into what's expected of a woman at this stage.
What do you, the woman underneath all of it, actually want your life to feel like?
Not to look like. Feel like.
I have asked women this question for twenty-five years.
Most of them pause for longer than they expect to.
Because we have spent so long answering everyone else's version of that question that our own answer has gone quiet.
It hasn't disappeared. It's waiting.
The Guiding Pillar Quiz is where we start listening for it.
Four minutes. Link in bio.
September is for the woman who is done waiting for permission to want what she wants.
Are you ready?

Reflecting on the moment I almost didn't go.
The stories started to surface.
The timing isn't right.
Maybe next year.
Everyone is so much younger.
Fear of not being enough.
It wasn't until I took time to lean into the resistance with an awareness of what was really holding me back. Past versions of me that felt more comfortable staying in what I know.
So I decided to practice what I preach. The room you almost talk yourself out of is exactly the room you need.
I went.
I had the opportunity to be in a room full of extraordinary women who refuse to play small.
I had time with Lindsey, the founder of Powerhouse Women. Someone whose work I have followed from a distance for years. A moment I always believed would come.
What I didn't anticipate was the absolute feeling of comfort and of being at home.
This moment?
This is what happens when you stop waiting for the right time and start trusting that you were always meant to be here.
I don't share this to impress you.
I share it because I know some of you are standing in your own phase of resistance from entering the room. With your stories talking you out of the opportunity.
Lean into the resistance. Follow the nudge to step into the discomfort and get out of your head.
The women on the other side of that door are waiting for you. And you are more ready than you think.
If you keep finding yourself outside the rooms you actually want to be in, I want to talk to you.
You have let yourself down for the last time.
Save this for the next time you talk yourself out of something that scares you.
🤍
Extraordinarily, Tracey.

Last Thursday I boarded a plane to Scottsdale. Alone.
A room I had been dreaming about for years and almost talked myself out of more times than I can count.
The cost in USD. The flight. The hotel. The timing. The clothing to step fully into the next version of me. I had reasons. Good ones.
But underneath all of them was the real one.
I was looking at this room through the eyes of my old stories. Telling myself I was too old, too late, too far behind the women who would be in that room.
At 58, I was making myself small before I even walked through the door.
Then something shifted.
A ticket sale showed up. My travel points covered the hotel. The flights were in an advance window. Every obstacle quietly disappeared.
So I booked it. Without my best friend. Without a plan. Without waiting until I felt ready.
This one was meant to be mine alone. My adventure. My expansion. My yes to me.
I finally understand something I have been telling women for years.
Who am I not to belong in that room.
I matter. I have always mattered. And I am done letting the story in my head decide otherwise.
The work that brought me to that door has three pillars: Love, Courage, and Trust. The Unwinding. The Becoming. The Anchoring. Not just words. A map. From outside the door to walking through it fully as yourself.
It doesn't happen overnight. That's where I come in.
If you have been standing outside a room of your own, reasons in hand, waiting for a better time that never quite arrives — this one's for you too.
Comment ROOM below and I will send you the quiz link personally. Four minutes. Your first step through the door.

Let's talk about where you are and what's possible. Book a free 30-minute Clarity Conversation — link in bio.
I have a pattern.
When something calls to me- a room, an idea, an invitation- my first response is almost always a very convincing list of reasons why the timing isn't right.
I'm too busy. I'm not far enough along. There are women in that room who are further ahead and will see through me.
I've learned to notice that list.
Because every room that has genuinely changed me was one I almost talked myself out of.
The retreat I booked and nearly cancelled three times.
The conversation I agreed to and then sat in the parking lot before.
The community I joined, convinced I wouldn't belong, and found myself in immediately.
I'm not fearless. I don't walk into unfamiliar rooms with certainty.
I walk in with the understanding that the version of me who stays in the parking lot never grows.
Next week I'm heading to Scottsdale for Powerhouse Women 2026, a room full of women building something, becoming something, choosing something on purpose.
I'm going because I believe what I teach: connection is the cure. And you can't receive it from the parking lot.
If there's a room you've been almost walking into, if there's something that keeps calling and you keep explaining away, I want to hear about it.
The Clarity Conversation is thirty minutes, free, and it's just for you.
