600 CLASSES STRONG!🔥
Huge congratulations to Kevin on officially hitting 600 classes at IGNITE!
600 times showing up. 600 workouts. A whole lot of sweat, consistency, and hard work along the way.
And of course, we had to get a photo with his trusted coach, Shelley, who’s been right there helping him keep the 🔥 going!
Kevin, we’re proud to have you as part of the Ignite family. Here’s to the next milestone!👏🏼
Drop Kevin some love in the comments! ⬇️

OH CANADA. 🇨🇦
We’ve watched the hours, the work, the growth, and the determination behind this moment.
Now, she’s one of 22 athletes selected to represent Canada with the National Women’s Under-18 Team.
Congratulations, Maeve! We couldn’t be prouder!

Turns out... a lot of things are kinda chic.
Showing up.
Lifting weights.
Bringing a friend.
Getting coached.
Taking care of yourself.
The strongest thing you can build isn’t just muscle - it’s a life you love showing up for.
See you in class. 🖤

Every rep. Every high five. Every person who chose to show up.
A moment with part of today’s crew after back-to-back holiday classes.
This is what community looks like.
Stronger together. Always.
This is IGNITE.

Good people. Hard work. Great energy.
That’s the culture we’re building every single day.
A place where people show up for themselves - and for each other.
Where effort is celebrated.
Where fitness is challenging, supportive, and genuinely fun.
The workouts build strength.
The people make you come back.
If you’re looking for more than just a gym, we’d love to have you train with us.

The trophy is the part everyone sees.
The strength to earn it is built long before you ever lift it.
Yesterday, our athletes met Calder Cup Champion Blake Smith. They got a photo with the Cup; but more importantly, they got a glimpse of what it took to earn it!
Blake trains in the same gym our athletes train in.
He complains the same way our athletes complain about the assault bike. 😂
Different stage. Same commitment.
His message was simple:
“Never stop working. Never stop dreaming. When things don’t go your way, be strong, believe in yourself, and keep working. Eventually, things will turn around.”
He reminded our athletes that success isn’t built in championship moments.
It’s built in the workouts nobody celebrates.
In choosing to be coachable.
In being the teammate others can count on.
In showing up on the days you don’t feel like it.
Thank you, Blake, for sharing more than a trophy. Thank you for sharing the habits and mindset behind it.
The photos will last a lifetime.
We hope the lesson lasts even longer. 🔥
