DOES YOUR KARATE SUIT STILL FIT? 🥋

Summer growth spurts happen! Before classes start back, it’s time for a quick karate suit check.

✅ Sleeves reach the wrist
✅ Pants reach the ankle
✅ Clean & stain-free

A huge thank you to Cycling PEI for visiting our Little Dragons and running such a fun Hop On program!

Our students had an amazing time learning new cycling skills, building confidence, and having lots of fun trying something different. It was wonderful to see smiling faces as they practised balance, coordination and developed their bike skills.

🌊🥋 Small but Mighty! 🥋🌊

We may have had a small group, but we certainly made the most of a beautiful evening at Stanhope Beach!

We kicked things off with a beach run before heading into the water to practise our kata in the sea. Definitely a karate experience to remember!

Thank you to everyone who came out and to those who supported our MS Canada fundraiser. Every donation helps make a difference for Canadians living with multiple sclerosis.

Join us next time for Karate in the Park, Sunday July 26th
