I’m SO looking forward to sharing some of my favourite things with you in class over the next month, reminiscing on how far we’ve come and dreaming up the next 10 🥹❤️

Tuesday means…. It’s chair & pole flow night ✨ join Meags ✨ for this all levels flow class - on the pole, on the chair and learn how to combine the two together - unique transitions, slinky sequences & feel good fun 💕🪑🪩

THIS SATURDAY 🎪 in partnership with Pride PEI 🌈 and in collaboration with Yiggie & Buenos Island Studio - AW brings you, CIRCUS IN THE CITY! 🌈 An all ages event @ Victoria Park from 1-3pm

What to expect: You’ll be greeted by a welcome table, and then sent through a series of stations - featuring a dance style warm up, aerial hammock, silks, lollipop, two styles of pole dancing, hoop flow, beginner tango steps, inversions / acro & a station to stay & play! 🤸‍♀️

Participate as little as or much as you like - absolutely no pressure, only positive vibes 🥰 We can’t wait to celebrate our joy of movement, creativity & community with you - SEE YOU SATURDAY!

All levels / new students welcome - this class focuses on grounded movement using the aerial hammock for support as well as airborne postures to help lengthen & strengthen the body 💚

POLE • HAMMOCK • HOOP 🤩 learn the foundations of all 3 apparatuses in our ENTRY LEVEL class ~ designed for absolute beginners, just like you! Every Wednesday @ 5:10pm until the end of August.
