Get ready for one of the most exciting parts of PEI Marathon Weekend — the Kids Fox Trot Presented by Boston Pizza! 🎉

This FREE event is open to kids 12 and under and takes place on Saturday, October 17th!

📍 Location: To be confirmed
⏰ Kids Fox Trot Schedule:

10:00 AM – On-site registration
10:45 AM – Fun warm-up
11:00 AM – Kids ages 5 and under
11:15 AM – Kids ages 6–9
Immediately following – Kids ages 10–12

For safety reasons, the Kids Fox Trot will have three separate start times.

👨‍👩‍👧 Important: All children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

We strongly recommend registering online ahead of time and picking up your child's registration kit at the Holman Grand Hotel Lobby on Friday, October 16th between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

📢 Important Update for Our 16K 📢

Beginning in 2026, we will be replacing the 16K with a new 15K event.

We understand that you registered for the 16K, and we know this change may be disappointing for some participants. However, this was not a decision we made lightly. This section of our 16K course is clsoed due to some serious road repairs that are required there is no guarantee when this road will be back for use. After carefully reviewing the course with safety being our priority we have revised this category to accommodate a 15K course.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support of the PEI Marathon Weekend. We know the 16K has been an important part of our event for many years, and we want to make sure this transition is as straightforward as possible for everyone currently registered.

Help keep our participants safe, direct runners along the course, and bring the energy to race day!

You don’t need to be a runner. You just need to bring your team spirit, enthusiasm, and a few hours of your time! 🙌
