What an incredible day of connection, laughter, and teamwork! Today, our competitive athletes came together for our annual Competitive Symposium—a day dedicated entirely to building strong bonds, setting intentions, and having fun as a team before the new season takes off.
This year’s theme was The Amazing Race, and our gymnasts brought unmatched energy, creativity, and determination to every single challenge!
We are so proud of the supportive, encouraging culture these athletes build for one another every day. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead— !

The Gold Cup Parade was so much fun! We appreciate all of the cheering us on and we love the opportunity to share with our community our message of “Gymnastics For All”, some cool moves, the strong friendships created, along with some awesome smiles and waves from Coach Hayden! Thank you so much to all of the staff that started early at 6am, volunteers, parents, athletes, and coaches that all contributed to making our participation in the parade possible!

Our whole is so proud to congratulate Nealah & Allie on making the Canada Games training team! Way to go, girls! They recently took part in a qualifier in Summerside & the girls always demonstrate excellence, grace, and strength! You both are unstoppable & we will be cheering you on every step of the way!

In 8 days we will be hosting our open house at Island Gymnastics Academy. We are excited to open our doors up to everyone that wants to learn more about gymnastics, try out some cool skills, and meet our excellent team! All ages and abilities are welcome. We have something for everyone from 18 months to adults! Our coaches and staff will be ready to answer any questions and help with navigating registration. Don’t forget to set yourself a reminder for this event @ 40 Enman Crescent in Charlottetown from 5pm to 6:30pm on Tuesday, August 25!
