Unwind at the end of your week with our Stretch & Relax Pilates series with Mandy.

🗓 Fridays: August 7, 14, 21 & 28
⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM
💲 $88 for the 4-week series
💲 Drop-ins welcome for $25 per class

This slower-paced class is designed to help you release tension while improving flexibility, mobility, and gentle strength. It’s the perfect way to recharge and head into your weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed.
