Great news! As creek levels have continued to drop and staff have confirmed there are no structural concerns with the bridges, Holes 5 and 6 have now reopened.
A few inches of water remain in the area, so a temporary boardwalk will continue to be available for walking golfers. Power cart users are asked to follow the clearly marked route, which is identified with ropes, flags, and signage.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as course conditions have improved. We look forward to welcoming golfers back to all 18 holes!

Water levels at the Camrose Golf Course have continued to improve, and we are pleased to share that 17 holes are now open with full power cart access on both the north and south nines.
At this time, Holes 5 and 6 remain closed as water levels are still too high to safely access the bridge landing below the 5th tee box.
To keep play moving, golfers will be directed from the 4th green to the 7th tee, and the former practice hole has been converted into an additional playable par 3 (Hole 9.5).
Course conditions continue to improve, and staff will monitor creek levels daily. We look forward to reopening Holes 5 and 6 as soon as it is safe to do so.
For the latest course conditions, please contact the clubhouse before your tee time.

UPDATE: The south 9 remains closed as creek levels are still too high.
The north 9 is open, and power carts are available today. However, staff will continue to monitor course conditions closely, because additional rainfall may require temporary changes to cart access.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these changing conditions.
Due to significant rainfall and rising creek levels, the front 9 of the Camrose Golf Course is closed until further notice.
The back 9 remains open for walking only. Power carts are not available at this time due to wet course conditions.
City staff will continue to monitor conditions and assess the course as water levels recede. Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while crews work to restore the course.

Good news! A temporary raised walkway has been installed to allow golfers to safely access holes 5 and 6 while creek levels remain high.
Power carts remain unavailable as the course is still too wet following additional rainfall overnight. Staff will continue to reassess course conditions throughout the week to determine whether carts can return. Please call the Pro Shop at 780.672.2691 if you have any questions.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to monitor conditions and make changes to keep the course safe and enjoyable!
