We've received several calls and messages asking if U13 players can participate in our Body Checking Clinic.

The answer is YES!

We're inviting U13 players who want to learn the fundamentals and proper introduction to body contact and checking to join us for 2 on-ice sessions on Monday, August 31.

BODY CHECKING CLINIC

Date: Monday, August 31
Location: Centre Civic NB
Sessions: 6:45 PM & 7:55 PM
Cost: $60 per player
Groups: U13 & U15

For our U13 players, the focus will be on learning proper techniques, body positioning, angling, safe contact, and building confidence in a controlled environment.

This program is designed to combine skill development with pre-season conditioning, helping players improve their technique while getting back into hockey shape and ready for the season ahead.

High-tempo drills to prepare players for the season
