I haven’t posted an updated a progress pic in almost 2.5 years and that’s because there really was no progress. Well that’s kind of a lie.. there was progress but in the opposite direction 😂⁣

While I’ve been consistent with getting in workouts for awhile, it wasn’t until I made a promise to myself that I was going to enter my 30s healthier than my 20s and started to really focus on my overall wellness that I saw progress in the right direction (again). ⁣
⁣
In 13 weeks I’ve lost 15 pounds but most importantly I’ve gotten back to a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and I will be entering my 30s in 9 weeks as the healthiest version of myself. I cannot wait to see what the rest of year has in store 🤘🏽🏋🏼‍♀️🌿⁣
