From a Valley Bulldog to an Acadia Axemen player—and now an Acadia coach and Recruiting Coordinator, Adam Melanson is proof that your football can take you anywhere.🏈

A 5-year Axemen player, Adam earned AUS Rookie of the Year, 3× AUS All-Star, AUS Lineman of the Year and 2× All-Canadian honours. Now entering his 6th season coaching Acadia’s defensive line, Adam also plays a key role in recruiting the next generation of Axemen.

From the Bulldogs field to the AUS sidelines, Adam’s football journey continues—and it all started as a Bulldog.

The Bulldogs family reaches a little farther down the highway this weekend as we cheer on Isiah States and Mac Sibley, two former Valley Bulldogs now representing Mount Allison.

They may be wearing maroon and gold these days, but we haven’t forgotten where their football journey began. We’re proud to see them continuing to compete, grow and represent their school —

Because being a Bulldog isn’t just about the jersey you wear. It’s about the people, the memories and the pride that stay with you long after you leave the field.

So Isiah and Mac — know that your Bulldogs family is still in your corner.

Sometimes the football journey takes you places you never expected.
Before becoming an Assistant Offensive Coordinator with Mount Allison, Cam Davidson was a Valley Bulldog. He went on to wear the Axemen jersey at Acadia, and now he’s continuing his football journey from the sidelines, helping develop the next generation of players.
Cam’s story is another great reminder that there is more than one path in football. You can play. You can coach. You can keep learning, growing and giving back to the game you love.

From the Bulldogs, to the Axemen, to the Mounties — we’re proud to have been part of Cam’s journey.

Their journeys are a great reminder to our current Bulldogs that the football journey doesn’t have to end after high school.
With hard work, dedication, commitment, and a love for the game, there are opportunities to continue playing at the next level and beyond.
