If your family is newer to hockey, we want to help you start the season with confidence! Join us for the U7 & U9 Orientation:

The orientation is recommended for one parent/legal guardian from families who are brand new or newer to hockey. Returning Southwest families with older siblings do not need to attend, but are always welcome!

U15 & U18 COUGARS — READY TO LEAD?
The Southwest Hockey Junior Coach Program is back for the 2026–27 season!
This is your chance to step into a leadership role, mentor younger players, give back to the game and make a real impact on the next generation of Cougars. 🥅
Junior Coaches are paired with U7–U13 teams and will attend approximately 7–10 practices throughout the season.
