Rallycross is more than just a race — it's a place for local motorsport enthusiasts to come together.

Whether it's talking mods in the paddocks, helping someone with a last-minute tire change, or just cheering on your buddy who you're fighting for tenths of a second with — we come for the dirt, but stay for the community.

We're hosting an Alberta Rallycross championship on Sept 5th & 6th at the Cochrane AG Society, sign up today on Motorsportreg! Signing up early ensures we can run the event. Car not 100% ready? No problem! Leave a comment below and there's a good chance one of the rallycross regulars might be willing to help you get prepped.

It is with regret that we announce Alberta Rallyfest has been postponed, with our new date undetermined at this time.

We apologise to teams, volunteers, and spectators who have been planning around this event — we have full intention of reviving it in an even bigger and more exciting way!

Rallycross is a timed driving competition in which entrants drive one at a time along a course defined by cones. The course is on a mixture of dirt, gravel, ice, and snow.

"The Rally Cross will be held under the General Competition Rules of the Canadian Association of Rallysport, the current CARS Rally Cross Regulations and the Rally Cross regulations of Rally West Region. These publications are available online from www.carsrally.ca

Sep 5 and 6 will be CSCC series points as well as Rallycross of Alberta championship. Looks like some of the ERC drivers will come – ERC will host RallyX championship next year.
