Creativity and Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Artist and Motivational Speaker The message in short is that of self love.
I am a husband, son, dad to my dogs, a healer, an artist, journey seeker, and a discovery miner among many other wonderful things. I have been through addiction, been to my own personal hell and back, and buffer a chronic illness (really well). I long to share what I have learned along the way, with others willing and ready to hear my message. I continue to work on me and with each breathe I take,
each step I walk, I become more accepting of myself and the world I live within. As a life coach I get incredible opportunities to work with some very talented and amazing individuals. I have a great desire to work with other artists, healers, coaches, and spiritually minded seekers of wisdom and connected peace. OK, I know that's all a bit "WooWoo", and I make no apology. ;-)
Really at the heart of it all, I love working with people who are in, or on the brink of transition. People who are comfortable on the outside, but miserable on the inside. Together we seek more JOY, LOVE, and PEACE, the good stuff, through laser focused thought work, tapping into our mind/body/spirit-talk, and good ole conversation. ALL with a healthy dose of creativity and humor. You will uncover the light in your heart, grow it bigger than you could imagine, and LOVE yourself, and your life more than ever before.
