I Simplify Fitness for Women So They Can See Results & Keep Them Off For Good
Custom Nutrition & Workout Plans

As women we spend so much time thinking about how small we can make our bodies, but almost never about how strong, capable, and independent we can keep these bodies for the next 40 to 50 years..

A lot of women I talk to have fallen into the “bikini summer body” phase, but never really stopped to think about how capable and strong they can get.

You should want to get in good shape, lose fat and change your body’s composition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. But if the only goal is to get smaller and smaller at the expense of your strength, nutrition, recovery, and muscle, I think we’re missing the bigger picture here..

If your goal is a “toned” and strong body, eating less and doing more cardio isn’t always the answer.

Especially if you’re a busy women who’s already juggling work, family, stress, and a million other things, it can be exactly what keeps you stuck.

The biggest transformations are from women who prioritize fueling their body enough to be able to train hard, build muscle, and recover properly.

And if you’re constantly exhausted, hungry, sore, thinking about food, and trying to squeeze more workouts into an already packed schedule and not happy with your results… that’s not a sign you need to try harder. It’s probably a sign your approach needs to change

I know we all want to look good. There’s nothing wrong with that.

But I think we sometimes forget that fitness is about SO much more than how our body looks in a pair of jeans.

We’re building strength so we can carry our groceries, play with our kids, travel, hike, move without feeling like everything hurts, and yes…get ourselves off the toilet when we’re 70…

Your fitness journey doesn’t have an end date. A lot of what you see on social media, really makes it feel like there is.

There’s no “okay, I lost the weight, I’m done now.”

Because the goal was never just to reach a certain number on the scale or look a certain way for summer.

The goal is to build a strong, healthy body that you can actually live in for a really, really long time.

So yes, let’s work toward the body you want.

But let’s also build the body that your 70-year-old self is going to be grateful for.

As a coach, something I see all the time is women getting super excited to start a new program or a 6-week challenge…

They’re motivated, they’re ready to go, they’re doing everything perfectly.

And then 4-6 weeks later, they’re exhausted and struggling to keep up..

Not because they’re lazy or dont know how to be consistent but because the plan just wasn’t sustainable.

And this is why I’m always going to tell you that you don’t need to find the “perfect” plan. Your fitness journey doesn’t have an end date… (not something you hear a lot of people talk about but that’s the truth)

So why are we choosing plans that only work for 6 weeks?

When you need to find something that fits your actual life and that you can keep doing long after the motivation wears off.

That’s what will actually get you results.

You know what I might even start selling them at this point 😎

To be fair, this applies to more than just your fitness journey 🤌🏼

For context.. I started with 25lbs plates on each side… I’m now squatting 180lbs total 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

And this didn’t happen because I found some secret exercise.. it happened because I stuck with the same movement long enough to not only improve my technique, but build strength and progressively add more weight.

This has been years of work not 30 days and not six months…

Real progress is boring and it takes time.

It’s repeating the same lift over and over again until you get more confident with them and add more weight.

Because if you’re consistently changing your workouts, how do you expect to get stronger with them?

You can’t progressively overload what you never repeat.

Learning how to navigate and keep going during the messy seasons is one of the most important skills you can learn in your fitness journey.

The all or nothing mindset is keeping you stuck. The same way that one good workout doesn’t get you your dream body, one missed workout won’t ruin your progress. But restarting “next Monday” will.

There are in fact a lot of things that taste better 😮‍💨

Your body doesn’t reward perfection. It rewards consistency.

Stop asking, “How can I be perfect this week?” And start asking, “How can I keep showing up, even when life isn’t?”

Strong women aren’t built by starting over every Monday.

They’re built by staying in the game for long enough to see results 🫡🫡🫡
