‼️Bow Valley Hockey Families‼️

On behalf of President Kevin Hyland, the Bow Valley Hockey Society Board of Directors, and our Office Staff, we are pleased to welcome all new and returning families to the 2026–2027 hockey season.

This season is especially meaningful as the Bow Valley Hockey Society celebrates its 40th Anniversary.

For four decades, Bow Valley has been more than a place to play hockey. It has been a community where players learn, compete, build friendships, develop confidence, and create memories that last well beyond their time on the ice. This milestone gives us an opportunity to celebrate our history while continuing to build an even stronger Bow Valley Hockey community for the future.

As we begin this anniversary season, our vision is clear:

The Bow Valley Hockey Society is known not only for the players we develop, but for the people we develop and the positive impact we have beyond the rink.

Hockey provides an incredible opportunity to teach lessons that extend far beyond wins, losses, practices, and games. We want every Bow Valley player to develop as an athlete, teammate, leader, and member of their community.

That commitment is reflected in the values that define who we are:

A hockey season simply does not happen without the tremendous commitment of our volunteers. From our coaches, managers and evaluators to our on-ice and off-ice volunteers, officials, coordinators, and the many parents who step forward throughout the season—thank you.

Your time and commitment make it possible for our players to have the experiences and opportunities that make Bow Valley Hockey special.

As we celebrate 40 years of Bow Valley Hockey, we also recognize the thousands of players, parents, coaches, volunteers, Board members, staff, officials, and community partners, sponsors who have contributed to our Society over the past four decades. The Society we have today was built through their commitment to our players and our community.

Now it is our opportunity to carry that legacy forward.

Whether this is your family's first season with Bow Valley or you have been part of our community for many years, we are excited to have you with us.

We look forward to seeing everyone back at the rink, celebrating our 40th Anniversary together, and making the 2026–2027 season one to remember.

Our final week of camps is off to a great start, with all four groups giving it their all every day! Three days in and we’re already seeing huge improvements both on and off the ice, with many friendships being made along the way!🔥🏒

In the event that you are not able to located your pathways grouping please reach out to your respective Evaluation Admin for the details. Please reference your respective age groups schedules online to see all future pathway skates dates, times and locations. Your child will stay in the same group for the duration of pathway skates.
