We’ll begin our evening with a deeply nourishing Restorative yoga practice. This gentle, fully supported practice is designed to help you release deep-seated physical tension, quiet the mind, and prepare your entire being for profound rest.
Once fully settled, you will soak in a soothing sound bath for the last half of the workshop—giving you space to rest, doze off, and deeply relax. Clear your energy and ground back into yourself before the start of another busy week.
Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets are available for use at the studio. Feel free to bring along your own preferred pillow, blanket, or a sleep eye mask for maximum comfort.

Integration Sacred Time(15 Minutes)
