My journey in sport began as a national-level track & field athlete in Tunisia, where I proudly represented my country for six years. I was North African Champion in the 400m and a silver medalist at the African U18 Championships in the 4x400m relay, setting national relay records. I hold an Advanced University Degree in High-Performance Sports Training, along with international certifications in
Strength & Conditioning, Youth Athletic Development (IAAF), and sport-specific strength training. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of preparing ATP tennis players, Olympic athletes, and professional soccer, basketball, and volleyball players. I specialize in tennis-specific strength & conditioning, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Currently, I am part of the Alberta Tennis Centre team in Calgary, where I help athletes unlock their full physical and mental potential through structured and motivating programs.
