Hello all,
Our club has 8 fita target butts left over from our outdoor range on highway 8. 6 are brand new and 2 are lightly used. Wooden frames with tin test sheet filling.
These were packed away in storage when we left with the hopes of obtaining a new property.
Since that hasnt come to pass we would like to see these targets find a new home.
While a $100 donation for the target would be appreciated we would be open to offers. Ideally new owner would arrange for transport.
Please let us know if you are interested.

Calgary archers club
ASA tour stop 1
As the dust settles we at Calgary archers club can sit back and reflect on the weekend.
First and foremost , a massive thank you to the Heisler Archery club is in order.
This grass roots club is seeded by the local agricultural industry, with support coming from local farmers and businesses in every form of the way a club needs to be able to provide archery, not only to its local community, but the archery community across the province.
When Calgary archers first talked about hosting an ASA stop the biggest issue we ran into was the lack of an outdoor range or facility in the Calgary area. A few phone calls and meetings later , it was decided that Calgary would work with Heisler.
With a huge support team from Heisler archery, 3 courses were designed and set up with some of the best courses I’ve seen at an ASA shoot, everything was thrown at the archers , dark to light shots , small windows , long shots and an awesome platform to shoot from. Without this group; the top tier experience would haven’t been possible for the archers to take part in.
Thank you to all the archers that made it out to the first stop. from near and far archers came to the first stop , archers from Alberta …. Saskatchewan and British Columbia and Australia came from every corner of their provinces to take part in the 2026 ASA Tour.
With the biggest gratitude from Calgary archers club to Heisler Archery Club, all the archers , sponsors and ASA committee….
Thank you very much for all you do to continue this sport in this beautiful province.

So something we kept on the down low this past winter was we worked with xshotarchery on doing a sportsmanship award , each winner will receive one premium lens for their scope.
So we watched at each series for a junior and adult , keeping an eye on all the archers .
Together we picked 2 archers out of The series that stood out and showcased all the attributes our club embodies for the future of the sport !
We are pleased to introduce the 2026 CAC indoor series winners !
Youth - Jacey Hall , a young hard working female youth, who puts the time in practicing, helping archers and the club where needed .
Adult - Mark Farrer , this dad started in the sport with his son, and encourages not only his son but other youth around, ensuring a positive attitude and everyone is feeling included
Thank you to you both for your hard work, and great attitudes , please reach out to David at the club or Brady directly from Xshot Archery to start the process on your new lens !
