Cenovus Energy 2026 Grey Cup Festival team is setting up at the festival grounds on Saturday, August 8. There will be football-themed games and giveaways all day with a Calgary Stampeders autograph session 3pm-4pm. Saddle Up for an exciting day!

During Nov. 11-14, the Cenovus Energy 2026 Grey Cup Festival takes place in Calgary featuring free family-friendly programming, live entertainment and signature events. The Festival leads into Canada's largest single day sporting event, the 113th Grey Cup on November 15, 2026, at McMahon Stadium.

For over 60 years, Calgary Meals on Wheels has specialized in preparing and delivering nutritious and affordable meals, a critical service in our city. As inflation increases, the number of Calgarians falling into food insecurity is increasing, affecting the overall well-being of our communities. From students to seniors, the demand for our services is growing among all demographics in Calgary.
To help us meet the demand, the Calgary Dragon Boat Society has chosen us as the charity recipient of their 2026 Dragon Boat season.We are honoured to share in their values of cooperation, fun, leadership, transparency, health and safety to help strengthen our communities by fundraising together to end food insecurity in Calgary.

Calgary Meals on Wheels' 50/50 raffle is an opportunity to try your luck while supporting our vital mission and sharing in the spirit of the Dragon Boat Season this year.

North Glenmore Park will be filled with the sound of drums, cheering crowds and paddles hitting the water.

We are excited to confirm that 62 teams are registered for the 2026 Sinopec Calgary Dragon Boat Race & Festival, happening Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9.

The teams have been training for weeks and months, and now the final countdown is on. Whether you are coming to support a team, experience dragon boat racing for the first time or enjoy a summer weekend with family and friends, there will be plenty to see and do.

Enjoy exciting races, live cultural performances, food trucks, festival merchants, the Kids Zone, Beer Gardens and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.

The festival will also include the Sinopec Dragon Boat Charity Race and the Breast Cancer Survivor Race and Pink Flower Ceremony—two special events that bring our community together in support, remembrance and hope.

Admission is free.

🚫 Please remember: there is no public festival parking inside North Glenmore Park.

Free festival shuttles will take guests to and from North Glenmore Park. Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time and arrive early.
