NIKE JR EYBL + MADE Hoop + Genesis Fall Registration

⚫️ JR EYBL Boys and Girls ⚫️

Aug 28th weekend will have tryouts for both boys and girls JR EYBL Teams. The boys JR EYBL will have a winter session this year as well as spring and summer. Review the flyer for more details. The girls will be just spring and summer, but tryouts will be this upcoming weekend.

JR EYBL is SEPARATE from our MADE Hoops programming.

🔵 MADE Hoops 🔵

Aug 28th weekend will be our MADE Hoops tryouts. We will be selecting our teams for MADE 8, 7 and 6 boys and MADE 8, 7 girls teams. Please review the flyer for age, grade, and session date information. Tryouts will take place the same time as the NIKE JR EYBL tryouts.

MADE Hoops is SEPARATE from our Nike programming.

⚫️ GIRLS Nike EYBL Champions ⚫️

Aug 28th weekend will be our 15U and 16U Nike EYBL Champions tryouts. Please review the times and information on the post. 17U girls tryouts will be held in December.

🔵 Fall programming 🔵

No tryouts needed, open and available on our website for registration.

⚫️ Who is welcome ⚫️

Any boys or girls across Canada from any club or program are more than welcome to attend tryouts and register for our fall programming. If you are out of the province or cannot attend for any reason but would like to participate, please send game film and any highlight to our inbox.

Please register for all programs on our website. Link in our bio or visit GenesisBasketball.net. Genesis Basketball is an official JR EYBL program, we are not an open events qualifier program.

Two of our top class of 2029 student athletes are attending the Chris Paul Rising Stars camp in North Carolina this weekend.

Kohen Deck and Mikhail Francis were identified by CP3 staff as top 75 recruits heading into camp and are among the selected groups who had a private workout this evening with the staff and scouts.

Tomorrow the boys will take unofficial visits to North Carolina, Duke, Wake Forest, and NC State.

Coach David Kapinga from Genesis will be guest coaching. Our President Coach Eddie has had the privilege of coaching at Rising stars for many years, working with many NBA players, including most recently AJ Dybansta.

Genesis has been working with CP3 for over a decade, and are excited to be locked in for many more years to come with our talented younger classes.

Our fall programming is your first step to joining our Genesis teams, travel opportunities, and development programs. Players this season experienced NIKE JR EYBL, NIKE Champions league, NBA Academy, local tournaments, and leagues, and much more.

Genesis 17U is heading into the Platinum Final 4 of the Nike EYBL Champions semi final tonight against Nike EYBL Cal Storm. The girls have had an impressive undefeated run at Nike Nationals so far and have their eyes set on the EYBL matchup. Tip off is 6:55 pm Central, 5:55 pm Calgary time.

Genesis 14U JR EYBL is heading into their Nike Final 4 matchup against AZ Southern Stars. The girls are also undefeated so far at Nike Nationals, and will be fighting for a shot at the finals tomorrow. Game time is 8:15 pm Central, 7:15 pm Calgary time.

🎥 - Keith Sindico

Lemar Shir has had himself quite a showing at the NBA Academy games in Atlanta. He has been one of the most efficient and effective PGs in all of the games throughout the tournament.

With an impressive stat line against NBA Green who featured multiple D1 High major and NBA prospects, he showed he can do more than just hang, he impacts winning plays.

Business was handled today in Atlanta at the NBA Academy games.
