We are now accepting applications for the 2026 CWSA scholarship!

Three scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to eligible CWSA players.

The deadline to apply is 11:59 PM MST on September 15, 2026.

The Calgary Women’s Soccer Association scholarship was created in 2010 to recognize the accomplishments of its members. Three scholarships of $1,000 are awarded each year and the money is funded through the members of the Calgary Women’s Soccer Association.

Soccer is about more than just the game—it's about community, connection, and finding a place where you belong. We'd love to hear what keeps you involved year after year.

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries and contacted on August 13.

Looking to get your team ready before indoor? Check out the CWSA Kickstart Pre-Season Tournament! Registration opens August 11 and offers teams a chance to get back on the field before the season begins.

The deadline to register is September 10.

The tournament will offer two programs — Boarded and 7v7 — with Competitive, Intermediate, and Recreational levels available. Teams are guaranteed four games, spread out over two weeks across five game nights:

October 14, 16, 18, 20 & 22

The Top Referee Award is based on performance and evaluations throughout the tournament.
