Who knew that young hockey players could be so good at yoga?! 😄🏒🧘‍♂️

I recently had the pleasure of teaching yoga at a hockey camp, and I had such a great time! These boys surprised me with their balance, flexibility, focus, and willingness to give yoga a try. 😍

I truly believe that introducing yoga to kids and young athletes early can give them tools they’ll carry for life: learning to move well, breathe, recover, focus, and connect with their bodies.
