Eight hours sitting.
Eight hours staring at a screen.
Eight hours of your shoulders slowly creeping toward your ears. 😅
Your body deserves a little attention too.
Give it 60 minutes to move, stretch, breathe, and unwind from the day.
No emails. No meetings. No desk chair.
Just you, your mat, and movement that feels good. 🤍🧘♀️
You gave work eight hours. Give yourself one.

Come for the yoga. Stay for the people. 🤍
There’s something special about finding a space where you can move, breathe, laugh, learn, and feel like you belong.
Over time, the person on the mat beside you becomes a familiar face. Familiar faces become friends. And before you know it, you’ve found a community that feels a little like family.
That’s one of our favourite parts of Yoga Passage.
Yes, we come here to practice, but we also come here for each other.
Tag someone you’re grateful yoga brought into your life. 🤍

You answered the emails. You showed up for work. You took care of everyone else. You handled the errands, the plans, the little things that somehow became a hundred things.
Now it’s your turn. 🤍
One hour to put everything else down.
To move. To breathe. To stretch. To be somewhere you don’t have to take care of anyone but yourself.
The to-do list will still be there tomorrow.
Tonight, choose you.

Some seasons are for pushing. Others are for slowing down, reconnecting, and giving your body a little more kindness. 🤍
If life already feels heavy, your movement doesn’t have to feel heavy too.
You’re allowed to choose the slower class. The deeper stretch. The hour where the goal isn’t to burn more, lift more, or push harder.
Sometimes movement can simply be about feeling good in your body again.
Meet yourself where you are today. 🧘♀️
There’s strength in knowing when you need something softer.

Not every plan has to involve being productive, getting something done, or showing up for someone else. 🤍
Sometimes the plan is yoga.
An hour to move your body, breathe a little deeper, get out of your head, and do something that’s just for you.
No guilt. No need to justify it. No waiting until everything else on your list is finished.
Taking care of yourself is a plan worth keeping. 🧘♀️✨
So yes, you’re busy tonight.
You have yoga.

You know the routine. 📱
You finally get a minute to yourself, open your phone to “unwind,” and somehow an hour disappears.
Did you rest? Technically.
Do you feel rested? Not exactly. 😅
Sometimes your mind doesn’t need more content. It needs a change of pace.
A little movement. A little breathing. A little time away from the notifications, decisions, and endless scrolling.
Put the phone down. Step onto your mat. Give yourself an hour that actually feels like a break. 🤍🧘♀️
Your feed will still be there when you get back.

Ready to turn your routine right side up again? 🙃
Summer has a way of changing everything.
Later nights. Weekends away. Different schedules. And maybe a yoga practice that looked a little different too.
September is your invitation to come back.
Back to your mat.
Back to familiar faces.
Back to moving, breathing, and making a little space in the week that’s just for you.
No catching up. No starting over.
Just come back exactly as you are. 🤍
We’ll see you on the mat this September.

The group chat will survive without you. We promise. 😅
For the next 60 minutes, no notifications, no “quick questions,” no plans to coordinate, and no pressure to reply.
Just you, your mat, your breath, and a little space to move without anyone needing anything from you.
Sometimes self-care isn’t a whole weekend away.
Sometimes it’s putting your phone on silent and taking one hour back for yourself. 🤍
The messages can wait. Your mat is calling.
