Are you a master organizer who loves keeping things moving behind the scenes?

Canoe Kayak BC is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrator to become the operational backbone of our provincial sports community! If you thrive in a dynamic role where no two days look the same, this is for you. ✨

The Role at a Glance:Impact: Support administration, governance, risk management, and communications for member clubs, athletes, and volunteers across BC.

Flexibility: Part-time (20–25 hours/week) with a flexible, hybrid/remote work structure (occasional travel required).

Variety: Everything from managing member registration databases to creating engaging newsletters, coordinating AGM logistics, and supporting our Board of Directors. 💼

What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or governance support (sports or non-profit experience is a huge asset!). Tech-savvy skills (database management, website CMS, and social media). Top-tier organizational skills and flawless discretion with confidential data. A passion for the BC sports ecosystem or paddlesports!
