Bike rack setup matters more than most people realize. π
A few things to check before every trip: make sure the rack is rated for the weight of your bikes, that each bike is secured at the frame and not just by a wheel, and that nothing is spinning or shifting at highway speeds.
A quick tug test before you pull out of the driveway can save a lot of heartbreak down the road. Come in and ask us about rack options if you're still figuring out your setup. π

Bike parks are one of the best ways to build confidence on technical terrain in a controlled setting. If you've been curious about downhill or enduro riding, this is the time of year to give it a try. π

August heat adds a whole new layer of difficulty to big efforts, and hydration is the first thing that gets away from people. π§
A good rule of thumb: drink at least one bottle per hour in hot conditions, more if you are climbing or pushing hard.
Electrolytes matter just as much as water. And if you feel thirsty, you are already behind. π¬
