P has been really feeling himself lately! Anyone else’s horse starting to feel a bit spicy going into winter yet??

$5000 in vet bills and 2 months of worry started one year ago today - hoping we never have to repeat this but if we do at least I know what to expect now!

A bit about my trekking experiences in Ireland last week, both were super different and really fun for different reasons. Highly recommend doing treks in new places if you get the chance!

Went for a canter in an Irish forest on a giant 5 year old Cobb called Andy, thanks for having me and to Ethan for leading a great trek ride!

I went on a riding trek yesterday with a local riding group in Westport, Ireland and had such a good time exploring Clew bay with General, a welsh/connamara mix. The tide was out so we were able to have a lovely canter along the beach and went down the country lane past the house where we’re staying.

PSA to always book a ride when on holiday - no better way to see the local landscape and have a fun new experience!
