More tools will not fix a lack of clarity.

When a business feels scattered, the instinct is often to add another app, another automation or another offer. I start somewhere else: What are you trying to accomplish today, this week, next month? Where is the friction, is it processes, resources, too many tasks? What is actually worth fixing now, too many tasks, tools, ideas? The right solution becomes much easier to see once the business problem is clear and you have a plan forward.

A question to consider: What problem are you solving? Before you choose the tool, you need to look at the outcome you want and that will help you determine how to conduct the research to work to solve the problem.

This is what I help you learn new ways to figure out how to solve problems. You need to identify, research and plan how it will be resolved and then work to put resources and systems in place to achieve your outcome.

Moday was my eldest daughters Birthday. In one month she will become a Mom to a baby girl.
This will be my 1st grand baby and I'm ecstatic.
I can't believe it is almost here and who I am is about to change from Mom to Grandma.
I still feel like I'm young and vibrant woman with much of my life to live, but I can't help to thing of the perceptions of the status.
I see this in the work world and why it is natural to fear change.
Only, as I have learned the wisdom that change can bring so much more, more improvements, more peace and much more to embrace as good, positive outcomes.
I can't wait for my new Grandma status and what ever name she decided to label me with will be welcomed, as it has been earned and will come with so much love. A true gift and blessing she will be.
As my daughters birthday gift this year, as we are too many miles apart and I will see her very soon.
I decided to create a beautiful baby countdown calendar filled with loving encouragement, preparing her with the excitement of what is to come. Stories of immense love she will feel, counting toes, singing, playing and preparing for her girls future with her loving family.
There were prayers and verses to support the upcoming arrival of baby Grace. These are moments that make this life worth all the sacrifices we make everyday.
I can't wait to see my girl meet her most precious gift as I have.
Children come to us in different ways, no matter how they are delivered we change our lives to prioritize their needs as they are perfectly wonderfully made with love.
