A 6 week container for the female athlete (ages 10-16), focused on safe strength, flexibility, sport performance and mindfulness. We start October 1st 🤍

This six week session is designed for the female athlete who’s looking to build confidence, strength and flexibility this season through Pilates, barre, flexibility work & intentional mindset work.

She’s looking for tools to help her:
🤍Become more flexible
🤍Build strength body awareness
🤍Ease nerves before competition
🤍Feel more confident in her practice
🤍Get to the next level she knows she’s capable of.

Our ideal clients take part artistic sports such as:
⛸️ figure skating
🤸🏼‍♂️gymnastics
🩰 dance
🧘🏼‍♀️cheer
but this session is also open to:
🏒female hockey players & goalies
🏊🏼‍♀️swimmers
👟track athletes
as fluidity & grace have a place in their sports as well🩷

Although primarily movement focused, a bulk of this program will focus on positive self talk, emotional regulation and breath work.

$109+hst, includes:
🤍6 (45 minute) sport performance sessions
🤍a brief parent document on how to create a safe home environment for your child to thrive in sport and life.

Hi, everyone!
I will be offering an In-Class Full Body Certification in Hot Stone Massage Therapy, through The Stone Massage Company, on Sunday, September 13th. The course will be held at Stretch Fairy Studios in Bridgewater.
This course is eligible for 15 CEU's through MTANS as it is one full day of in-person learning, followed by 5 case studies and a written final exam. Each case study is a one-hour hot stone massage on a client, after which you interview them and reflect on the experience. You send in the case studies and final exam to The Stone Massage Co., and will receive a certificate as a Hot Stone Practitioner.
The class is priced at $299 + HST.
This is a great method for spas and therapeutic clinics as the heat and weight of the basalt stones allows for deep tissue work while still being relaxing for the client.

Foundations Barre starts Tuesday! 🩰

So excited to offer this 6 week session designed to teach you the foundations, form and movement patterns of barre.

Barre is one of our most loved classes, but members say they had to build up the courage to begin. We’re taking the fear out of starting, and coming at you with a 6 week session designed to give you the tools you need to feel confident in all stretch fairy classes.

What I love about foundations is the pace will bring us back to basics, move with your speed and be a great opportunity to navigate through injury, pregnancy, menopause, life changes and more,
