🍂 SEPTEMBER HOURS 🍂

As we head into September, here’s a look at our current hours at HB Studios Sports Centre!

We’ll continue with our reduced weekday hours throughout the month, while Saturdays and Sundays remain available for bookings.

📅 Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
📅 Saturday & Sunday: Open for bookings

Please note that we will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labour Day and Wednesday, September 30th for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Thanks to funding from the Government of Nova Scotia, we’re excited to have Free Fitness Fridays back at HB Studios Sports Centre!

Every Friday, community members can enjoy FREE walking and use of the Fitness Corner — providing an easy, accessible way to stay active, connect with others, and make movement part of your weekly routine.

Whether you’re looking to get your steps in, get back into a routine, or simply get moving, come join us! 👟

Wow what a summer we had with our fabulous trio of summer students and so hard to believe their summer is finished and they are off to university as they are getting ready to compete for their universities in soccer!
We want to wish Jada and Kylie all the best in their first year adventure at Acadia and Brooklyn in her second year at St. Thomas/ UNB.
We know they have bright futures and we sure were blessed to have such amazing young women work with us this past summer!
