Another incredible week of cartwheels 🤸‍♂️huge thank you to Legacy Dance Productions @legacydance_productions in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia for hosting the Acrobatic Arts @acrobaticarts continuing education courses for dance teachers. Your hospitality was amazing, thank you so much. This week we explored side aerials, backhandpsprings, back tucks, back layouts, limbering, strength training, flexibility and unique #acrodance variations. Thank you to the #danceteachers and dancers in attendance, you were incredible.
