😅 …and that’s why I’m going on holidays for two weeks.
I am officially CLOSED from Friday, July 10th to Sunday, July 26th for two much-needed weeks off. I haven’t had a real vacation since last August 🙈
So I’m shutting it all down:
🚫 No scrolling
🚫 No working
🚫 No “just checking in”
🚫 No nothing
Just space to breathe, time with my family and friends, and one big, deep exhale.
I’ll be back Monday, July 27th, and all classes resume that week! See you on the other side 👋

Rushing your p*e is a habit — not a personality trait.
If you’re constantly rushing to the bathroom, holding it until the last second, or straining to “get it over with,” your pelvic floor is paying the price. Rushing keeps your pelvic floor clenched instead of relaxed, which can lead to incomplete emptying (hello, damp underwear) and that “gotta go again” feeling 20 minutes later.
In my latest episode of Potty Talk, “Peeing Isn’t a Race: Why Rushing Can Hurt Your Pelvic Floor,” I share 3 super easy tips to help you fully release your bladder — no rushing required.
Want to give it a listen? Comment or DM me “POTTY” and I’ll send it your way 🎙️
This is your sign to stop counting yourself out of this conversation. And as someone who coaches women through every stage of life, I can promise you this doesn’t age out — it just shows up differently.
That’s exactly what I talk about on Potty Talk — my podcast with tiny, no-BS tips for your pelvic floor at every stage.
So follow along for more, and DM me “POTTY TALK” and I’ll send you the link to listen.
Quick question though — what stage are you in right now? Postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or just “figuring it out”? Drop it in the comments 👇 curious how many something different stages are in this room today.

This is what my “grand opening” actually looked like 9 years ago. 🎀
Every June, I celebrate this milestone. I never thought I’d own a business — it started with one Fitness with Baby class ten years ago, and that class led me to officially open Fitness Reset. Wild how one little idea can grow into something so much bigger.
Looking back on these 9 years, I keep coming back to gratitude — for the opportunities, for every woman I’ve met along the way. Owning a business is a roller coaster, ups and downs, but I’m always brought back to my mission: helping women build a pelvic floor and body they can trust, at every stage of life — pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.
Cheers to heading into year 10. Always learning, always adapting — I think that’s what makes a good business owner.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way. I couldn’t have done this without you. 💕
Next time you feel overwhelmed with pregnancy, remember the friendships you need in motherhood might start with a workout. 💕
Because Fitness With Fetus is about so much more than exercise.
Yes, strength training through pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for your body. It supports your posture, your pelvic floor, your energy, your labour, and your recovery. You’re not just staying active — you’re building a body that’s ready for what’s ahead.
But something else happens in this room, too.
Conversations start.
Instagram handles get exchanged.
Questions get answered.
Friendships form.
And sometimes, the support system you need after baby arrives starts before baby is even here.
So let’s get strong together this summer. ☀️
