Mom + Baby Gentle Sound Sessions at Next Trimester Nursing Co.

A sound experience created specifically with moms and babies in mind — where there is absolutely no expectation for your baby to be quiet or still.

Each mom + baby will have their own hammock, along with a cozy rug and pillows at the end of their space. Settle into the hammock together, cuddle, feed, or move down to the floor whenever baby needs a change.

The session will include a gentle sound experience using crystal singing bowls, rain stick, Wave A/E and other soft sounds, followed by approximately 10 minutes of baby sensory sound play, where little ones can safely explore age-appropriate shakers and instruments.

Babies can wiggle, coo, cry, feed and simply be babies. This is meant to be a comfortable, low-pressure space for both of you.

Celestial Hammock Sound Baths are coming to MacGregor!

Settle into a hammock, get cozy under a blanket and give yourself an evening to slow down, rest and unwind at the Heartland Multiplex.

Each class includes a full hammock sound bath experience, various gel face masks, blackout eye masks and blankets.

With the summer rush coming to an end, we’ll be taking a little time away to spend with family and enjoy a holiday from August 27–September 1.

During this time, we’ll be stepping away from emails, calls and messages and will get back to everyone once we return.

Thank you so much for an incredibly busy and amazing summer! We’ve travelled, met so many wonderful people and brought our classes to so many communities. I’m incredibly grateful for how much Paddle Bros Wellness has grown this season.

Join Paddle Bros Wellness at Alternative Choice Garden Centre for a Hammock Sound Bath — a cozy evening experience surrounded by plants, warm lighting and the atmosphere of the garden centre after hours.

Settle into your own hammock and allow yourself to fully rest while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

After the sound bath, you’ll also have the opportunity to privately browse and shop the garden centre after hours.

We’re seeing if there’s interest in something a little different.

A Mom + Baby Gentle Sound Session at Next Trimester Nursing Co. — created specifically with moms and little ones in mind.

This would be a relaxed daytime experience with softer, quieter instruments than our traditional sound baths. There would be absolutely no expectation for babies to be quiet or still. Feed, change, cuddle, soothe, get up and walk around — whatever you and your baby need throughout the session is welcome.

Each mom would have their own cozy space with a hammock, along with pillows and space on the floor to settle in with baby.

To keep the environment comfortable and intimate, we would only be opening 3 mom + baby spots for the first session.

Paddle Bros Wellness × Next Trimester Nursing

Some of you may know that, along with Paddle Bros Wellness, I’m also part of Salt & Soil Retreats — and this year we’re excited to be part of continuing the 6th Annual Westman Flow Festival in Brandon!

The festival will take place October 3, 2026, and we’re currently looking for practitioners and vendors who would love to be part of the day.

If you’re a yoga or movement instructor, wellness practitioner, facilitator, local maker, wellness-focused business, or have something unique you think would be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you.

Practitioner spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed as we put together a diverse lineup of experiences for the day.
