This picturesque golf course lies about six kilometers east of Brandon. The valley provides lush growing conditions for the course's turf and many trees.
It's 18 holes play in and out of a small creek valley, with the creek affecting play on many fairways. The vibrantly green foliage lends Glen Lea a restful and quiet country atmosphere. While mature trees do line every hole, the course still plays fairly open, with only the most errant shots finding trouble. 🚨📣AAA U18 Golf Tournament Venue Change ⛳🚨
Due to ongoing flooding and challenging course conditions at Wheat City Golf Course, the AAA U18 Golf Tournament will be relocated to Glen Lea Golf Course on Friday, July 31.
All other tournament details; shot gun times, and registration information, will remain unchanged.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Wheat City Golf Course for their years of partnership and support. This has not been an easy decision, as their commitment has played a significant role in shaping the AAA U18 Golf Tournament into the event it is today.
We are saddened to see the challenges they are currently facing and wish their team all the best as they work through the impacts of flooding and restore course conditions. We greatly appreciate their transparency, cooperation, and continued support throughout this transition.
