U17 Westman Magic 2022 AAA softball team from Southwest Manitoba

Sorry folks! Just noticed that this didn’t post/publish earlier today for some reason! Facebook must’ve felt the heartbreak...lol

Tough loss vs Central in the 1 vs 2 game. Girls fought hard and came back several times to keep the game tied. Went 4 extra innings but just couldn’t clinch the win.

Highlight: Nelly knocked one over the fence!

Not the ending we hoped for this season but we are so proud of this team on achieving Provincial ‘A’ Bronze🥉! They worked hard this weekend but came up short after some tough battles including an 11 inning heartbreaker.

Special thank-you to the coaches for sharing your time and knowledge with the girls all season long.

Congratulations to Central Energy on their 🥇 and Smitty’s Terminators on their 🥈.

Finished off round robin play with a record of 6-1 after taking a loss to Smitty’s this afternoon. Play the 1 vs 2 game tomorrow morning at 9:00.

Day 3 of Provincials off to a good start. Play Smitty’s right away in our final round robin game.

Finished the day off with a W vs Lightning. Go again tomorrow at 12:00.

Incredibly close game vs Central Energy! Magic sealed the deal when Pedersen had a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 8th!

Scorching hot day in Stonewall today. Won our 10:30 game, playing again now!

Day 1 of Provincials complete. Go again at 10:30, 12:30 & 6:30 on Friday!
