✨IMPORTANT INFO FOR THE WEEKEND✨
Due to many circumstances we are going to cancel the Friday night event and just run the Saturday and Sunday jackpots. If you have any pledges or donations the Salvation Army will still be there to collect any that come in over the weekend in memory Clair Wheeler 💕
💣If you still need a stall for Friday night please comment on here otherwise we will bump everyone down to just Saturday night for stalling (except the few that have asked for stalling for Sunday as well)
💣Toonie runs and jackpots will still start at the scheduled times Sat/Sun

Some info for the weekend:
✨All fees will be cash only (stalls, camping, jackpot fees and toonie runs). We will take donations/pledges money Friday night and we will take sat/sun entries those morning before the jackpots
✨Pre entries will close Friday May 20th at 12pm MB time. Any entries after that will be put at the bottom of the draw (if you have more than one horse enter ahead of time so you can be split up)

✨Camping/Stalling✨
You MUST pre book camping and stalling

Stalling is available $28 for one night or $55 for two nights (please comment on this post how many stalls and how many nights)
*Stalls are NOT supplied with any shavings*

Camping is available $30 a night for plug ins
(Please comment on this post if you need a plug in spot and for how many nights)

-You can pay for stalling and camping at announcer stand upon arrival-

-Open riding 1030-11am
-Toonie runs first come first serve pay at the gate 11-1230
-Jackpot starts at 1:00pm

Peewee $8
Fut/Derby 2D sidepot $10
($8 will go to arena fee and $2 will go to MBRA prize fund, remainder to pot)
-Must have a valid MBRA membership
-Dress code in effect

🌼Charity Barrel Race Friday May 20🌼

-Arena will open for open riding at 5pm
-Toonie Runs from 530-630pm (first come first serve-pay at the gate)
-Race will start at 7pm (peewee,youth,open)
-There is no payout on this race, all proceeds will go to the Salvation Army in Memory of Clair Wheeler. All competitors must have at least one pledge/donation to enter per horse
(This will only be one run)
-Can pre enter on this post or enter at the event(if you enter at the event you will be out at the bottom of the draw) please bring pledge form up to announcer booth before the jackpot starts (will post a copy in comments)
-Must have a valid MBRA membership to compete
-Dress code in effect
