Coach Ryan is here with an important reminder for Week 7 of Season of Strength! 💪

Starting tomorrow, we’ll be re-testing our lifts for:
🏋️ Squats
🏋️ Deadlifts
🚣 Low Row
🏋️‍♀️ Chest Press

Remember, the goal is to choose a weight that challenges you while keeping your reps at 15 or fewer. If you can perform more than 15 reps with good form, that’s a sign you can definitely go heavier!

As always, if you’re unsure about your weight selection, form, or progression, talk to your coach. We’re here to help you lift safely and make the most of your strength gains.
