This past weekend’s 2026 Solheim Cup was a huge success!

Congratulations to Team Europe on capturing the Solheim Cup after two great days of competition, and to Brenda Kenefick & Pat Blachford, who claimed the individual team title in an exciting playoff on the 18th hole! ❤️🤍💙💛

A special thank you to Chef Mark and his team for the outstanding food throughout the weekend, and to all the women who participated and made the event such a success.

Today, we celebrated Heritage Day 2026 at Brampton Golf Club, with this year’s theme, “Honouring the Golf Course.”

It was a privilege to welcome renowned golf course architects Cam Tyers and Doug Carrick, who shared stories and insights into their work at Brampton and how they have helped shape our golf course - both as we know it today and as we look toward the future.

Our Golf Course Superintendent, Martin Kopp, also reflected on his experiences working alongside Doug and Cam over the years and the collaboration that continues as we plan for the future of our course.

The day was made even more special as we recognized Paul Hurley and Pauline Kelly for an incredible 50 years of membership at Brampton Golf Club. We are honoured to have Paul and Pauline as part of the BGC family and grateful for their many years of loyalty to the Club.
