Street Stylez 2026: Meet our DJ!

Doomgurl is a Salvadorean-Indigenous Artist based in Toronto. Originally a street dancer specializing in styles such as breaking, hip-hop and house now has gone on to facilitate sound in her communities she's actively been a part of. She is known for her expansive selection of R&B music. While also educating the dance floor by pushing the boundaries - pushing her cultural ties in her selection. Preservation of the essence of hip-hop is important to her and hopes to bridge the gap between all her communities to cultivate the same beautiful feeling she experiences in this culture.

Luis "Cheech" Miguel is a seasoned Popper/Tutter/choreographer and Street Performer Hailing from Puebla Mexico, and residing in Toronto Ontario. He has been an active member of the street dance community for over a 15 years.

Representing Funkyverse Crew, D.O.T, and Open jam collective, Cheech is known for winning 2 Golden Buzzers on CGT season 4 and winning the national championship at HHI in 2k24 with his crew. boasting over 20 battle wins, Cheech mixes traditional technique with crazy concepts and high performance energy.

Licorice Lloydd is a pioneering figure in Canadian street dance culture and the co-founder of the legendary crew Fantastic Poppers, established in 1996. With over 40 years of experience in the art forms of popping and locking, he has taught classes across Ontario and throughout Canada, helping to inspire and shape generations of dancers.

Jamari Whittaker, also known as Rhino, is a Toronto-based dancer, educator, and community leader specializing in Krump. Through programs such as Unity Charity and Dance Immersion, he developed a passion for youth mentorship and community building, leading him to teach and mentor dancers at studios across the city. Known for his versatile approach to music and movement, Rhino blends the foundation and intensity of Krump with influences from a wide range of all-styles dance forms, creating a unique and dynamic style of expression. As a member of Toronto Krump and co-founder of the Junglebros, he has played an active role in growing Toronto's Krump scene through community initiatives.
