Powerskating: balance, edgework, stops and starts, stride development/mechanics, balance, acceleration, backwards skating, crossovers, turns, pivots, and conditioning.
Puck Skills: shooting, stickhandling, deking, evasive maneuvers, passing/pass receiving, puck protection, skating with a puck.

WOW! Huge congratulations go out to our very first Junior Instructor on being drafted first overall by the
Michael has brought his passion for the game to our camps and clinics for the past 3+ years and has been a tremendous role model to many young players just learning the game.
With Michael’s calm demeanour and passion for his craft this might not be the last time he’s drafted!
Congrats Michael! Windsor gets a great goalie and an even better person!
Side note…he’s grown about a foot since he put that tracksuit on the first time. 😂

is time to celebrate the glory and achievements of women. If you know a woman around you who brought a difference let them know and let the world know. .ambrose is my rock beyond description. She conquers everything she dives into, creates endless core memories for our family, and operates with grace and strength in volunteer role in a male dominated industry. There are no words to explain how grateful I am. I also can’t forget my beautiful, feisty, strong willed daughter who is fearless and a daily ray of sunshine to everyone around her. ❤️❤️
